Apple Pulp

APPLE PULP :

Apple Pulp is prepared from fresh fruits, which are clean, sound and properly matured. The fruit and pulp are processed and packed in accordance with good manufacturing practices. The fruits are preheated, not depectinized, and double finished through screens.

pH Value: 3.5 ± 0.3
Total Acid 0.3 ± 0.2 % (CS/CA) pH 8.1

Sensorical Report :

Appearance: homogenous Puree
Colour: yellow, typical
Taste: fruit, free from off-flavour
Flavour: fruity, full fruit aroma

Texture Characteristic: Well distributed, reasonably smooth with uniform consistency.

Impurity: No other foreign visible impurities.

Shelf Life: 12 Months
