Banana
Puree is processed from selected banana variety grown in the sub-tropical
region of South India. High quality banana puree is obtained
from Indian bananas as their size, flavor, taste and thickness of the
peal is considered of top rich quality. Selected bananas are hand peeled
and pumped through a series of filters and finally the mixture is mashed.
Banana fruit puree is homogenized, dearated and sterilized according
to international standards. Fresh aseptic banana fruit puree is free
from any chemical or preservatives.
Banana fruit puree contains sucrose, fructose, glucose,
fiber, high amount of iron, contains high levels of Vitamin C, A1,
B6, B12 and extremely high in potassium. All these nutrients help
overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses like blood
pressure, depression, overweight, stress, strokes and intestinal
disorders. Banana Puree is widely mixed into daily food, juices,
nectars, drinks, jams, bakery fillings, and fruit meals for children.
Banana puree is used as flavor for baby foods, ice creams, yoghurts.
Banana yoghurt makes a healthy snack and banana ice cream, milk shakes
and delicious desserts are favorite among children.
Banana Puree
is extracted from selected varieties of Cavendish Banana Fruits.
Fully matured fruit is transported to
processing plant and ripened at control ripening chamber. Inspected,
washed, screened, peeled out, crushed, deseeded, removed Impurities
and foreign materials and deaerated. Product is commercially sterile
and filled aseptic bag as per International standard and under good
manufacturing practices. |
