Passion fruits are suitable for processing and manufacturing when all greenness of its peel has disappeared and the outer skin has a smooth or slightly ripened surface. Ripened purple or yellow colored passion fruit is processed in a pulping machine where this deliciously aromatic flavored, thick textured fresh pulp is filled directly into containers and packed without any additives. No sugar, water or preservatives are added.
