Pears are members of the rose family and related to the apple and the quince. When juiced, pears produce a stronger, flavorful liquid that is thicker than many types of fruit juices. Pear Juice Concentrate is manufactured from sound process grade fruit. The extracted juice is de-pectinised, clarified, and concentrated with separate aroma recovery. The concentrate does not contain additives, preservatives, acidity regulators nor added sugars, colorings or flavours.
