Shimla Hills manufactures pineapple juice concentrate through a process called Osmotic Evaporation where the water content in pineapple juice is evaporated through innovative measures. The produce is thus healthier and tastier as there is no heating involved. Recent researches have proved that low temperature concentrated pineapple juice that undergoes osmotic evaporation has more fresh juice flavour than the heat-concentrated juice.
