Papaya Puree Concentrate is drawn-out from the papaya fruit grown in different parts of the Southern regions of India. The chosen variety undergoes a series processes which include washing, cutting, deseeding, de-stoning, ripening, inspecting, refining and finally the concentrate is obtained through a vacuum procedure. Shimla Hills produces and exports high quality papaya puree concentrate that has all the natural quality and healthy characteristics of the fresh papaya fruit. Papaya puree is thick, rich in flavour and contains all the essential anti-oxidants. Papaya Puree Concentrate is consumed widely as there is no addition of artificial preservatives, gums and colours. It can be used in preparing jams, mixed fruit jams, mixed drinks, over fresh fruit salad, ice-creams, fruit bars, milk shakes, yogurts, puddings, toppings, fruit breads, cakes, tarts, muffins, pie-fillings, icings, donuts deserts and in different recipes.
