Hand picked fresh tasty tamarind undergoes washing, cooking with water, refining, futher the fleshy pulpy ripe juice is fed into vacuum concentrator to obtain desired Tamarind juice concentrate. Quality tamarind juice concentrate or imli concentrate contains all the nutritional and health benefits of the fruit as process ensures that the natural flavor of the fruit.
