GUAVA PUREE CONCENTRATE- WHITE / PINK

Shimla Hills produces one of the best white guava puree-concentrates using guavas that are grown in tropical and subtropical areas of North India using the white and pink varieties. For obtaining fruit puree concentrate, guavas with light brown patches covering the outer peel are preferred. The fruit concentrate is manufactured using an extensive procedure that starts with inspecting, washing, and blanching the fruits which deactivates the oxidative enzymes as a result. Following blanching, the residue is sent through a screw paddle to enhance pulp extraction.

The high-quality puree is then heated to a considerable temperature and mixed for a long period of time. Next, an aseptic bag or drum is filled with the processed guava puree concentrate using a polyliner. The de-aerated guava puree concentrate can retain even trace amounts of ascorbic acid, making it more hygienic and having a longer shelf life.

Shimla Hills- a leading fruit concentrate supplier exports guava puree concentrate maintaining the highest standards of quality.

You can use our guava puree concentrate to make cereal bars, sweets, preserves, jellies, jams, marmalades, juices, nectars, baby food, beverages, ice cream, and sauces.
