TOTAPURI MANGO PULP / PUREE

Totapuri is an important commercial variety of mango that is grown widely along with Alphonso in the southern states of India and is easily identifiable with its oblong shape and beak shaped tip. This tropical fruit pulp is manufactured from thoroughly sorted and quality Totapuri mangoes.

Totapuri Mango Pulp/Puree is obtained by processing sound, ripe mango (Magnifera indica, Family Ancardiaceae) under hygienic conditions. The mangoes used are free from genetic modification.The Soluble solid contents of mango pulp shall not be less than 14° min as determined by refractometer at 20°C uncorrected for acidity and read as Brix in the international Sucrose Scales. The Pulp is strained free from peels, part for stones, other coarse part of mango fruit and other substances or impurities.

As one of the most trusted Totapuri mangoes exporters from India, we adhere to GMP and HACCP standards for all our mango pulp manufacturing. Selected variety of fully matured Totapuri mangoes, which are free from any genetic modification are harvested and swiftly transported to the processing units. The mangoes are then inspected, washed, blanched, pulped, de-seeded and processed. They are hygienically processed to produce a bright yellow natural pulp that has wholesome characteristic flavour of Totapuri mango pulp. The pulp, under sterile condition is packed into aseptic packaging with a shelf-life of 24 months.

The consistency of Totapuri mangoes makes them best for juice manufacturers who use it in the juice blending process. In addition, our high-quality processed mango pulp and puree concentrate is also used in the making of toppings and fillings in fruit breads, baby foods, cakes, tarts, muffins, pie-filings, fruit bars, confectionery, milkshakes, ice-creams, yoghurts, desserts, cereals, jams, squashes and other beverages. The sweet and tart flavour of Totapuri mango pulp, to an extent is comparable to ripe Alphonso and is free from any cooked or off-flavor of any kind.
