Shimla Hills is one of the preferred suppliers of food ingredients (fruits and vegetables based), agricultural commodities and flavour solutions to Europe, Middle East, South Africa, South East Asia and North America. The key to our success is our success is our production and processing capabilities, including canning, aseptic filling and IQF processing. Our vertical integration strategy from the pulp vertical into flavour compounding helped us establish our base as a solution provider for holistic food and beverage solutions. Not only fruit and vegetable processing capabilities, our efforts to source and supply agro commodities including post-harvest management, primary processing, storage and warehousing, transporting, shipping and distribution and risk management in the entire value chain ensures only the best agro products reach our customers.

Our manufacturing infrastructure is managed by the most competent food technologists in India. Here’s a sneak peek into our manufacturing infrastructure for aseptic, canning and IQF processing:

  • Yearly production capacity of 30,000 tons, accompanied by 2,500 tons of warehousing facility.
  • Production capacity that ranges between 80-120 MT of finished product on a daily basis and 18-20 MT daily for IQF.
  • Aseptic packaging units come equipped with filling & sterilizing capacity of 10 MT per hour for fruit pulp, and production capacity of 6 MT per hour for fruit puree concentrate.
  • The manufacturing unit adheres to stringent quality norms and is certified by: SGF-IRMA, HACCP and KOSHER OU.
